  • What if I need to Reschedule?

You can manage your booking by yourself clicking "MANAGE" on your confirmation email.  Less than 48hrs notice will result in the deposit being non refundable under all circumstances.

  • What if I need to Cancel?

You can cancel your appointment only Email us to hellomokalashes@gmail.com. Your Deposit is fully refundable if you provide 48hours notice ofcancellation. Less than 48hrs notice will result in the deposit being non refundable under all circumstances.

  • Will I require a Patch test?

Patch testing is not a requirement when booking your first treatment with us. After consulting with medical advisors, it’s a very poor indicator of an allergic response in this particular treatment.​ If you have previously had an allergic reaction do let us know, as it is highly likely to occur again with an increase in severity. In this case we would advise to not go ahead with the treatment.​ The trigger ingredient is the same in all adhesives used, so unfortunately it’s not brand or salon specific.
 

  • How to choose my Eyelash artist? 

Within the salon there are various lash artist to choose from. Each lash artist has been trained by moka herself, maintaining the high standards of the heritage Japanese treatment.
We have created different price points dependant on the lash artists experience and on-goingdevelopment of our team.

  • I am getting married.

Congratulations on your wedding! For any major events such as your wedding day, photoshoot or graduation we require you to schedule your treatment at least 5 days prior to your event. This is a precaution, as sometimes a stress response from the body can lead to an allergic reaction. 

  • Late arrivals

We completely understand that on an occasion you maybe late to your appointment due to circumstances out of your control.
We will always try our best to accommodate late arrivals within 15 minutes after your original appointment time, however all appointments have a dedicated time meaning lateness will result in less eyelash coverage.
Unfortunately, arriving 15 minutes after the scheduled time of your appointment will result in an automatic cancellation of your booking and a loss of your deposit.
 

  • Refund Policy

At MOKA LASHES our treatments are carried out by a qualified artist, with a consultation pre treatment to ensure yourself and the artist can communicate expectations for the treatment. All details are then logged on your client file. 
In unusual circumstances you may not be 100% happy with the outcome. All our treatments are non refundable however, please bring it to the attention of the artist post treatment and follow up with an email on the day of your treatment highlighting exactly what you would like to amend.
We truly value your concerns and will do our best to make any adjustments to your eyelashes following/on the day of your initial treatment depending on availability.
 
 
 

  • Right to refuse service 

All artists and members of staff pride themselves on delivering a welcoming, friendly and professional environment. Though rarely enforced, our salon and artists do have the right to refuse treatment to anyone that behaves inappropriately to staff members, as rudeness and bad behaviour is not tolerated. Staff members can also refuse the treatment if there are any concerning health risks that proceeding may negatively influence customers.
 

  • What if I have an Allergic reaction?

Allergic reactions are incredibly rare however, if you do experience this please email the salon within the first signs of a reaction as we will remove the extension immediately.
 

  • How do I contact you?

We are available via email for all queries and questions. Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm. We do have an emergency contact number that is available only on the day of your appointment. This can be found in your confirmation email.
